On August 28, City Council Member, Bob Carling, presented Kids Bike Lane with a Welcome Certificate at their Ribbon Cutting Celebration held at Carnegie Park.  Kids Bike Lane is a non-profit organization of volunteers that partners with charities, community groups, corporations, and individuals to provide bikes for undeserved youth to empower them to live an active, healthy lifestyle. volunteers that partners with charities, community groups, corporations, and individuals to provide bikes for undeserved youth to empower them to live an active, healthy lifestyle.
