Festivities to Kick off with a Chef Collaboration Dinner with Chef Francis Hogan of Sabio on Main
WHO: Visit Tri-Valley, the region’s destination marketing organization, in partnership with the Cities and Chambers of Commerce of Pleasanton, Livermore, Dublin and Town of Danville, are hosting the second annual Taste Tri-Valley Restaurant Week.
WHAT: Taste Tri-Valley Restaurant Week is a 10-day restaurant promotion that includes indoor dining, outdoor dining and take-out for participating dining establishments. This year’s event takes place Friday, February 18 through Sunday, February 27, 2022 with a Chef Collaboration Kick-off Dinner on Thursday, February 17, with Chef Francis Hogan of Sabio on Main. Prix-fixe menus, available for indoor and outdoor dining and take-out, from diverse cuisines will be available at various set price points (for lunch and dinner) for every taste and budget.
Among the dozens of participating restaurants are Burma! Burma! (Dublin), Zephyr Grill (Livermore),
Bridges Restaurant & Bar (Danville), BottleTaps (Pleasanton), Sabio on Main (Pleasanton), Salt Craft Bakery and Catering (Pleasanton), Posada (Livermore) and Locanda Restaurants (Pleasanton,
Danville and Livermore), as well as local winery partners Las Positas Vineyards, Nottingham Cellars and
The Lineage Collection.
The celebratory Chef Collaboration Dinner that will kick off the event is a ticketed four-course meal featuring Chef Francis Hogan of Sabio on Main, Chef Matt Greco of Salt Craft Bakery and Catering, Chef Eduardo Posada of Posada, and Chef Tullio Rosano of Locanda Restaurants, with each chef presenting a course. Tickets are available on Tock for $125 per person, including wine pairings. A raffle will benefit Open Heart Kitchen, the largest hot meal program of its kind in the Tri•Valley area.
