REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ)

ON-CALL CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT SUPPORT SERVICES

AT THE PORT OF OAKLAND

The Port of Oakland (the Port) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ’s) from qualified teams of consultants for providing “on-call” construction management services. These services are for assisting the Engineering Division in the implementation of various current and future construction projects at various Port facilities. The Port intends to enter into up to three contracts with Construction Management Consultants (CM Consultants) to assist the Engineering Division, but the Port reserves the right not to enter into any consultant agreements depending on the schedule and funding. The combined total compensation for all contracts will not exceed $3,000,000 over the three-year term of the contracts.
