Livermore, CA – The Livermore Valley Chamber of Commerce has partnered with Vistage Inside Group and Steve Lanza, Tri-Valley Advising, to bring to you a highly sought-after Executive Training Program in 2024.

This course will prepare business owners, managers, or your move-up employees with the skills needed to navigate leadership in business. This one-year program includes curriculum modules in Communication, Performance Management, Business Finance, Executive Presence, Accountability, Emotional Intelligence, Change Management, and Business Strategy.

The course includes six all-day sessions and four webinar sessions instructed by Steve Lanza. Steve currently serves as a trustee for the Chabot Las Positas Community College District and has a long history of participation in Tri-Valley educational efforts. The classes will meet at Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham in Livermore every other month. Breakfast and lunch will be provided.

The tailored mix of dynamic group meetings and speaker workshops will help students improve collaboration, increase alignment, foster relationships, and cultivate personal and professional growth. This course will assist your company in establishing and strengthening skill-based knowledge and introduce fresh perspectives for your business leaders.
