Livermore, CA – The Livermore Valley Chamber of Commerce is hosting the last in its series of Wine Country luncheons this summer on August 29, 2024 from 11:30-1:30 pm, with a legislative update by Congressman Eric Swalwell at the Wente Vineyards outdoor venue located at 5050 Arroyo Road in Livermore. Swalwell represents California’s 14th Congressional District which includes the Livermore Valley.

“We are honored to feature Congressman Swalwell as our luncheon speaker,” said Jody Amos, owner of Amos Productions and Altamont Limo and chairman of the LVCC Board of Directors. “Congressman Swalwell has been a great supporter of the Tri-Valley collaborating across the economic spectrum to develop good policy and minimize “unintended consequences” that impact economic vitality in this region.”

“We look forward to hearing about the status of bills that could help, hurt or slow progress on issues important to LVCC and the Tri-Valley,” said Sherri Souza, LVCC CEO, “The Livermore Valley is fortunate to have such an engaged and strong advocate in Congressman Swalwell.”

The popular LVCC monthly luncheon May-September series is set at various venues throughout the beautiful Livermore Valley wine region.
