Ryan Partridge to Lead Cowboy Football

Partridge PortraitApril 13, Livermore, California – Livermore High School is pleased to announce that Ryan Partridge will be the Head Varsity Football Coach and Physical Education teacher starting in  the fall of 2016. “There were a lot of quality applicants for Head Football Coach,” says Vice Principal Tom Fletcher. “We were impressed with Ryan’s passion, experience and charisma.” It was also hard not to notice a reference from Jim Harbaugh, Head Coach of the Michigan Wolverines and former Head Coach of the San Francisco 49ers. Mr. Partridge has coached with Harbaugh at youth training camps in Michigan and impressed the marquee coach with his dedication and commitment.

Partridge comes to Livermore from Dougherty Valley High School where he is currently a Physical Education teacher. “I’m extremely excited to be part of the Livermore community again,” says Mr. Partridge, ”I grew up here, and it’s great to be coming back to Livermore.” Mr. Partridge sees football as a vehicle to teach life skills and character. “We’re excited to see where Mr. Partridge can take this program,” said Vice Principal Tom Fletcher.
